God has really been blessing our Ministry and those that are dedicated in supporting us. Over the past year we have seen God’s hand move in several situations here at the ministry offices and at the Church. We’ve seen Him roll back prices on building supplies, so low, that they even gave us some materials free. He’s always made a way where there seemed not to be a way many times. He’s opened doors to television stations, that in the natural, we would have never been able to go on had it not been for His hand moving. We have seen many call in and give their lives to the Lord and receive the Baptism of the Holy Ghost over the phone. It’s amazing to see God work in ways you would have never dreamed. That’s why the Word says, “His ways are not our ways” and that is so true. We must remember that Christ knows all, at all times. Remember, when the rich young ruler came to Jesus, Christ new that the man’s money was his god. Christ also knows what’s important to each of us. If we’re going to make this the best year ever, we must be sincere about winning more souls than we have in the past. This means, that each of us must be about our Father’s business. We thank God for each of you that are helping us go forward. We may not know your face, but we know your name and when you give to the Ministry and we thank you! †
Angel of Light
In II Corinthians 11:14, the Bible tells us, “And no marvel: for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.” Satan knows exactly what you want and what will move you into the wrong direction. When you pray, guess who is listening? That’s right, it’s Satan. He listens to your request and then moves in that area to deceive you. Satan will use men or women to meet your fleshly desires. We’ve seen this many times in the Ministry. Women would ask us to pray for a husband or men would ask us to pray for a wife. They would be specific as to what they wanted, but they weren’t willing to wait on God. Satan would send an angel of light and the man or woman would say and do all the right things. Our Spirit would let us know that they were being deceived and we would try to warn them, but they thought God had finally heard their prayer and sent their perfect mate. In other instances, a person may be praying for a financial blessing or which direction they should go, Satan will open doors and lead you away from church, friends and family. He knows if he can get you away from God’s anointing, he can break your Spirit and weaken you. Remember, you belong to God, if you’re saved. You are a purchased possession, bought with a price, which was the Blood of Jesus. Satan can’t have your soul, so he will try to prevent you from warning others of his snares. You cannot and will not witness to others, effectively, while you’re deceived yourself. One way to avoid this, is to pray in your Heavenly “Tongues.” This is why the Holy Ghost gives God’s Children this gift. If Satan cannot understand your prayer, he doesn’t know how to come against you. When asking things from God, be sure to ask not to be deceived. The Bible clearly tells us, that we can have whatever we want, when we ask believing. (Mark 11:24) †
Victory In Jesus
We sing a song at church Victory In Jesus. “Oh victory in Jesus, my Saviour forever. He sought me and He bought me with His redeeming Blood.” It goes on to tell about how He loves us. We all must look at God’s Plan. Once a Christian understands how God, The Word, (which was Jesus), and the Holy Ghost got together before creation and God drew up His complete plan for mankind. You’re part of His plan and what’s so interesting is when we see how our lives have played a very important part in His plan. Can you remember times in your life, when you could have or should have been killed or put completely out of commission? God spared you for a reason. Sometimes we live our lives not knowing how God intends to use us. We’ve seen Christians live over 50 years and not lead a single person to the Lord, but at their funeral, one, two or more have accepted Jesus and began to serve God. We held a funeral where we knew this person was saved, because their life reflected the change when Christ came in. This person never lifted a finger to lead anyone to Christ that we knew of, but seventeen sinners came to Calvary at their funeral and have been serving God for years now. These individuals truly got saved. We know because they are in our Church and sit under our doctrine. We have to understand that we are no longer our own, but we belong to God. We’re a purchased possession and we must remember that only God, (Himself), knows when He will send His Son, (Jesus), to get His Children. Jesus tells us, that not even the Angels of Heaven know the day nor the hour. We must realize that we have Victory in Jesus, because we belong to the, “Trinity” and they take extra good care of us. We may fail them, but they will never fail us. †
God Is So Good
God doesn’t want you needing for anything. He has made provisions for you to be healed of all sickness and for your pantries to never lack food. When you find yourself needing or lacking, look hard at your obedience to God and you’ll find that you’re guilty of disobedience. We speak the truth and you know it. Sometimes, we get caught up at looking at the sinners of the world and we think, “How can they live like they do and it seems that they never have serious problems?” Then, the Lord reminds us of the rich man and Lazarus in Like Chapter 16. The Rich man had everything, even though he wasn’t obedient to God’s Word. Lazarus was a beggar and had nothing. The Rich man was comforted, while here on earth, but after death he was in torment. Lazarus was comforted after death. While living he didn’t have the greatest, but he had all he needed. God even sent the dogs by to lick his wounds, so he wouldn’t have any doctor bills. God took care of him, because Lazarus loved his Lord. After death, Lazarus was comforted and had all of God’s blessings. Study Luke, Chapter 16 and let it bless you abundantly. †
