Can you imagine what it will be like, when we stand before, “Jesus,” The Son of God? Please remember, He knows everything about each of us. He knows all of the good and He knows all of the bad things we’ve thought or done. We’re so glad that we don’t have to work our way into Heaven. We’re glad that Christ did it all for us on Calvary. In the book of Ephesians 2:8 it says, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” You see, we can’t live a life good enough to be saved and God knew this, so He sent His only Begotten Son, “Jesus” to save us and redeem us from hell. We have preachers who teach and preach that we must do this or that to be saved, but all we must do is believe in our heart, that Jesus is the Son of God and that God raised Him from the dead to be our Saviour. Romans 10:9-10 Christ did it all on the Cross and that’s why He said, “Father it is finished.” Jesus did it all for us. In I Corinthians 3:15, Paul tells us, “If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.” You see, if our works are good we shall receive rewards, but if they are bad we will not receive rewards, but we shall still be saved. Our works are for rewards or crowns in Heaven, but our Salvation was free, we received it by our faith in Christ. The Bible clearly tells us, not to let man deceive us. Jesus tells us to study God’s Word, so we can do as He did when the devil tempted him in the wilderness. He simply said, “Satan, it is written.” †
We Had Better Be Ready
He’s coming soon and there’s no doubt, many will be left when we hear that shout. The shout will come from Heaven, “Come up hither,” but those that are lost and those that have mind knowledge of Christ, will be left behind. We must warn all of our loved ones that they must prepare for His coming. In Acts 1:8, Christ commanded all His children to be witnesses unto Him all over the world. He tells us that He will come as a thief in the night. We’ll never know the hour nor the day, but He will come for us. All of us have to have heart knowledge of Christ. The Bible tells us in, John 3:3 and in 3:5, that we must be Born Again meaning, we have been born of the water or flesh as we understand God’s Word, but we must be born of the Spirit also, to see or inherit The Kingdom of God. Please help us warn others. †
Things Gone Wrong
Have you ever stopped and wondered, what in the world is happening? The morals of our country and leaders have gone to the pits. No one has decent morals anymore. We’re not only speaking of good Christian values, but when you look around, no one wants anything to do with Christians or anything they stand for. Anyone, that stands for abortion is wrong. We know there are certain circumstances that take place, where the woman does not want to carry the baby and we truly think she has the right to decline. Let’s say that a woman is raped. We think she has the right to pray and make a Christian decision. We think it’s wrong for her to say, “I’m just not ready to be a mom.” We now have elected officials that think it’s ok to abort a child. In God’s eye, sin is sin. Those that commit such, shall also pay for the sin. We have so many that will swear on the Holy Bible that they will only tell the truth and then they are proven to be lying under oath. Our law enforcement system will do absolutely nothing to them. When Jesus comes and takes over the law and government, Justice will prevail. We could never see exactly why the Scriptures constantly spoke of Christ bringing Justice to this Earth, but we had never seen how corrupt the United States could and would get. We would never have thought that anyone breaking the law in open daylight, for all to see, would have more rights than the law abiding, tax paying citizens of this country. When we see our elected officials running off the law enforcement officers, the ones that are trying to do that which is right, we must take a stand. We have never seen such blindness, but we also know that God is in charge and we’re not to question Him. We can better see why the eyes of the Jews were blinded, so that we could be saved and adopted into the body of Christ. We can better understand why they did not want to accept Jesus and the finished work He did on the Cross. Now, we know, God had a plan. We can only see through the glass darkly, but one day soon, it will be crystal clear. †
A Wonderful Time To Be Alive
There has never been a time that’s truly like today. In the short time we’ve been on earth, we’ve never seen anything like it is today. We have poor people living on our streets. Our government and law enforcement officials are doing nothing about it, except turning their heads. Our prisoners have more rights than our law abiding people have. Our Government, Congress, cares more about the illegal aliens coming into our country than they do about the legal Citizens that live here. The State officials, in some states, are taking the tax dollars that legal citizens are paying and using it to protect crooked illegal aliens and pay for their crimes. As of right now, our country has allowed a Homosexual to run for President and has allowed two or more Islamic Congress members to be elected by the citizens of the United States of America. What’s Happening? Satan has taken rule of the last days, Paul told Timothy, in his second letter, for him to be ready for such times were coming. Paul thought it would be before now, but we know that God is longsuffering. The time is at hand and the people will not hear the truth, much less believe it. It’s just like the churches in America, they have turned their backs on God. They have a form of Godliness, but deny the power thereof. Our Government claims to have knowledge of GOD, but has no idea of what His Word says. They write on all Government Buildings and on all our money, “In God We Trust,” when in fact, they don’t even know Him, much less trust in Him. Friends, it’s time that all Christians place their entire trust in God, Jesus and the Holy Ghost. This is the only way we can overcome this evil. †
What Would God Think
About our lifestyle and our testimony? Are we doing all that would please God? The only concerns we should have, should be for those that are less fortunate than we are and for those that are lost. All of our needs should be met and we should be blessed above measure. When we are obedient to God’s Word, believe Him for all things, we should have everything we need to live a very happy and successful life. We may not live like others, but we can be very happy and satisfied with our lifestyle. Once, we learn to crucify our desires, wants abilities, we then can learn and practice obedience to God, we can have all of our desires met. God requires us to be obedient and allow Him to take control. After all, He is our Creator and He is God. †
