We’re living in very exciting times. Even though evil is abounding everywhere, we’re seeing the Hand and Power of God operating in our Church services and in our Outreach Ministries. When man says, “No,” God says, “Yes”. We’ve had people, in the Church, develop cancer in their bodies. The doctors have told several that there was no hope, but God wasn’t finished with them and they are still alive and well several months and years later. “God is still in control:” The Christian people have to realize and remember, that God is still in control of our destiny. The Word tells us that we no longer belong to ourselves, we belong to God for He purchased us, not with silver nor with gold, but with the precious Blood of Jesus, His only Begotten Son. †
Trusting The Master
There’s never been a time, in our lives, that we can remember, when we’ve needed to trust the Lord more than we do today. With evil abounding everywhere, we have no place to turn, but to the Lord. Who can protect you and your family from evil? Who can provide for your family? Who can heal you from all sickness and disease? Only Jesus. God promises us He will do it, but He also has to teach us, it’s in His timing. Instant Christians want everything, “right now.” God does answer the prayers of the righteous, however sometimes He has us to wait until we prove to Him that we are stedfast in our faith. He allows the enemy to hinder our blessings to test us to see if we will doubt His promises. We have total confidence in telling you that we guarantee you, that if you don’t doubt when you have to wait a while for your answer, God will answer your prayers. †
When We Don’t Understand
Many times, when we’re in the battles of life, we just can’t understand, “Why these things are happening to us.” Each of us, must understand that anyone that takes a stand for that which is right, will be fought and have many battles. God allows us to have these battles to teach us how to win and it’s very simple, just trust Him. When you are facing battles that seem so, “Large” you have to stop and ask yourself, “Who is navigating your life?” When your answer is, “The Holy Ghost”, You know all is well. We must have financial goals to get through life. We have found that God is the greatest financial advisor that a person can have. Try allowing Him to handle your financial goals. Your loved ones, (spouse and children), need you. When God created you in His image, He didn’t make a mistake. He gave you a sound mind and has taught you to read, study and learn His Word. You are to be the leader in your family. When you allow your family to see you taking charge, a healing takes place. If they ever had any doubt about their spouse or dad, it will be healed and diminished the moment you take the leadership. Many marriages are on shaky ground in these last days, because the devil is on the loose trying to destroy all families. When a marriage is broken, usually the children will never recover 100%. Most people forget their marriage vows before the ceremony is totally over. You must remember, it takes three to make a marriage work properly. The husband, wife and God. Men and women promise God they will work as hard as possible to have a great marriage, but it doesn’t take long for Satan to get in the middle and stir up trouble. What most couples fail to remember is they made their vows to God, as well as to each other. When we make a promise to God and don’t keep it, we’re asking for a spanking. This is why most second marriages have many more problems. The couple broke their promise, to God, when they said, “Until death do us part.” We know there are many that think we are totally crazy. Well, that’s alright. We’ll find out, one day, when we stand before God. When you find yourself in a battle, stand firm and place your total trust in the Lord. Take a real close look at your life, actions and promises. Truly repent and ask God to forgive you of any and all sins, transgressions or iniquities that might be in your life that you may have overlooked. He will. †
One Heartbeat Away
None of us know the hour nor the day when death will come. We’re not hours, days, weeks, months or years away from death. We’re only one heartbeat away. Listen to your heartbeat just for a second. That’s how much time you have between life and death. There’s absolutely not one second, in which you can change your destination. It’s going to Heaven or Hell. At death, you will open your eyes and be in front of Jesus to spend eternity with Him or you’ll open your eyes in front of Satan to spend eternity with him in The Lake of Fire. There will be no time to get things right. You have right now to do that. Where will you spend eternity? If you’re not sure, make the decision now and ask Jesus to save your soul, come into your heart and be your redeemer. †
Rejoicing In Our Victory
We, as Christians, know we have victory in Jesus in every situation. It doesn’t matter how large you feel your problem is, it’s really not that big when it’s placed in God’s Hands. You need to rejoice, every morning, when your feet hit the floor and continue all day, because you know you’re victorious. Each time you enter God’s House of Worship, you need to enter His gates with Thanksgiving and enter His courts with Praise. Be thankful for all things. †
