To assist all Christian believers grow and experience in The Word of God that will enrich their lives and
draw them closer to God in love, devotion, and service. To join all believers with a greater faith and
commitment in helping in reaching out to those who are backsliders, unbelievers, etc. in receiving Christ
into their hearts and ushering in The Kingdom of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Structure of Program
Our ministry is focused on providing an educational experience that will usher in new opportunities to
serve Christ and fulfill your destiny He has prepared you for. Unlike most educational programs ours is
different;
• Most schools require the student to register for a full semester of courses and pay upfront for them.
This is a very great disadvantage for the working student as their time is limited for studies and often
leads to incompletion. Our school provides you a listing of the courses needed to be completed and
instructs on one course per month two hours a week on line. The student only pays for the one course
and at the end of the month completes the course by a test or required paper.
• Another convenience is the student can take a break anytime and when returning pick up where they
left off. No loss in credits neither completed nor additional expense. This is especially true in summer
when many take their vacations.
• Currently we offer certificates of completion. We bring to the table over 12 years of active teaching
and will begin seeking accreditation up to and including the doctorate level of education
About our Teachers:
Dr. Sharon P. Williamson is the president of our organization and with her husband, Dr. Lawrence
Williamson both hold a PhD in their fields of Theology and Biblical Studies. They have been instructors
for over 12 years and very much enjoys helping our students obtain their dreams. One of our past
highlights was when we graduated a class of pastors/elders from seven different countries a few years
ago. Combined with our church and its ministries, we feel we can provide you the best education
available. We continuously seek new understanding of God’s Word and as ordained pastors have an
earnest desire to serve Christ in every way He leads us. In addition, they have served as pastors at their
church they founded, Victorious Tabernacle Christian Outreach Center since 1990. The church is known
for its focus on teaching the Word of God and equipping their members for outreach ministries.
Structure of our Curriculum:
Our courses are focused on both The Old Testament and New Testament books. We have seen other
institutions primarily focus on the New Testament studies that blocks the needed understanding of the
value the Old Testament brings to the student. It provides a revelation of how much of The New
Testament becomes a “fulfillment” of what the prophets and great leaders of the Old Testament
foretold. This is particularly important in the prophetic promises of the coming of Yeshiva (Christ) as well
as how The Books of Daniel, Zechariah, and Ezekiel relate to the Book of Revelation. In addition, we
provide courses that most institutions do not such as “Learning your Purpose in Life”; “Why The Holy
Spirit is needed in your life”; “The Sacraments”; “The Fruits and Gifts of The Holy Spirit”; and “Spiritual
Warfare”.
Each Certificate is awarded to the student upon completion of the courses in their subject area. The
courses are arranged in an order some of which will be required and later offer electives for the

student’s choice. In addition, the courses are arranged for the particular areas of study the student will
want to complete and later transfer into a certificate program when the school receives accredation.
We reopened our school to the public in February 2022. Notices of our opening and total program will
be provided in Easton as well as surrounding towns in Maryland and nearby Delaware.
We hope you will consider our established Bible Equipping University that will include in 2022 of 2023, a
three credit course in our seventh Trip to Israel. This is an opportunity you will want to be part of.
