“The Signs Of The Times”

As Christians look at the events unfolding across America and around the world, we can see spiritually that Christ’s coming is very near.  It’s almost frightening to see how many people there are in America that are spiritually blind.  The Apostle Paul talks of these people in Matthew, 24:24.  These will be those that are left behind, because they are deceived and cannot see the truth.  Deception is covering America at an astronomical pace and most cannot comprehend that it’s deception.  Our government officials are allowing laws to be passed that make it legal for abominations to be committed before God and all, plus these laws make us stand by and accept such sinful ways.  Christians need to unite and stand against such sins, but unless there is a great union of such, those that oppose these laws will be accused falsely and arrested.  Over the past years, Christians have stood by and watched as millions of innocent babies have been murdered.  Some have spoken out, but have not made a difference.  No one is willing to unite and take a stand against homosexuality or lesbianism, which is clearly an abomination before God, nor will they take a stand against abortion, which the government is now using our tax dollars to make us pay for these babies to be murdered.  You might say, “Preacher, that’s pretty strong language”, well we’re sure it is, but it’s the truth.  This nation is getting more and more like Sodom and Gomorrha everyday.  When one stands up for Christian rights and Christian morals, a hundred will stand up against that person and try to intimidate them.  In Sodom and Gomorrha, there were a few that didn’t approve of the sinful actions of the homosexuals, but they were afraid to stand up against them.  If the Angels of God had not blinded them for the night, they would have probably killed Lot and his family.  Folks, you may not believe us when we say, “This nation is on the road of destruction and unless God intervenes, as He did for Lot, we’re going to see God’s wrath being poured out upon this land.”  We know there are some that will not believe what we’re going to say, but it’s fact.  A few years ago, when the Preacher was preaching, the Holy Ghost began to speak to the Congregation about how the United States had turned it’s back on God.  He said, “In less than three months you will see My hand print upon this nation.  It will not be called a terrorist attack, but a Natural Disaster.”  Within two months, we witnessed the greatest storm ever and watched as it hit America.  At one time it was 1500 miles from the north point to the south point and 800 miles wide.  They named it Sandy.  We’re not sure if you noticed, but God had us to watch as it moved north and bypassed the entire Bible Belt.  It picked up forward momentum and made a left turn moving toward the area where most of our politicians work, pay and live.  This was just the beginning.  Paul writes in I Thessalonians 5:9, “For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ.”  We are living in the last days and it’s a very dangerous time for those that are deceived and blinded.  However, we continue to see that even in past few months with the ice storms, fires and tornadoes across this nation, God still watches over His people.  Please pray for the peace of Jerusalem and the peace of Israel.

“The Door”

“I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.”  John 10:9

The key word here is , “By me.”  In John 14:6 He says, “I am the way.”  There’s only one way to heaven and it’s by Jesus Christ.  He is our protector, provider, healer, banker and Saviour.  When we study God’s Word, we find all through the Bible, that The Great Shepherd is Jesus Christ.  In Psalms 23, “The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want.”  If we will truly accept this scripture and take God’s promises literally, we can have anything His Word promises.  There is no limit to what God can and will do for His children.  As long as we ask for His blessings that line up with His Word, He will honor our request.  We have full power of attorney and all we have to do is believe in the promises of our redeemer.  “I shall not want.”  That’s a powerful statement.  When we enter the Door, we find the Way, meet the Shepherd and have no wants.  Christians claim to believe the Word of God, but we truly believe most Christians have no idea what the Word actually says.  We are to rise up every morning with praise on our lips, which comes from our hearts.  We’re to enter His gates with thanksgiving in our hearts and enter His courts with praise.  All that Christ has done for us is but a small drop in the bucket in comparison to what’s in store for us.  we don’t have to wait to get to heaven to receive the blessings that are promised us.  We can have these blessings, right now, when we obey His Word.

“The Storms”

We’re certain there are many reading this letter that are like us.  We know that for years, we couldn’t understand why storm after storm seemed to come our way.  Just as we would get through one trial, another would pop up.  It was a never ending battle and we couldn’t understand why.  No one had ever told us and we hadn’t studied God’s Word the way we should have, so that we would know the reasons why the storms were there.  You see, none of us were perfect when God saved us.  All of us had a lot of rough edges and imperfections.  When the Lord sends storms in our lives, it’s to polish and strengthen us.  It’s the storms we pass through that prepares us for the next valley that lies ahead.  Each storm, knocks off a jagged edge and smooths our vessels.  God isn’t going to take us into His home until we’re molded and shaped the way He wants us.  Our faith grows stronger each time we cross a valley He has allowed us to be in.  God has never left one of His Children in the valley.  He brought you through the last trial you faced and He’ll bring you through the trial you are facing today.  Many Christians are very concerned about their families and loved ones.  When you turn them over to God and believe His Word, you’ll have peace in knowing that He will take care of them.  You must remember, “You can’t save anyone.”  Just ask that God’s Will be done in their lives.  Then you simply Thank Him and Praise Him for their deliverance.
