“Therefore, let everyone who is godly pray to You [for forgiveness] in a time when You [are near and] may be found; Surely when the great waters [of trial and distressing times] overflow they will not reach [the spirit in] him. You are my hiding place; You, LORD, protect me from trouble; You surround me with song and shouts of deliverance. Selah.” Psalms 32:6-7 AMP

“Better is a little with the [reverent, worshipful] fear of the LORD Than great treasure and trouble with it.” Proverbs 15:16 AMP

“Seek the LORD and His  strength; Seek His face continually [longing to be in His presence]. Remember [with gratitude] His marvelous deeds which He done, His miracles and the judgments from His mouth,” 1 Chronicles 16:11-12 AMP
