7 Pillars of Our Church

Liberality and Generosity

We believe that God has given to each of us liberally and generously and therefore we should, in turn, be liberal and generous with our time, our talents, and our financial resources. (2 Cor. 8:1-7)

Exhortation and Encouragement

We believe that a principle purpose of each believer is to encourage and exhort one another. Therefore, we will use all of our endeavors to build up and encourage each other. (Hebrews 3:13)

Skill and Integrity

We believe that all things pertaining to the Kingdom of God and to the affairs of this life ought to be done with the utmost skill and integrity. Therefore, we will never use our gifts and talents in any way that will deceive or mislead those who look to us for guidance and example. (Psalms 78:72)

Continuous Improvement and Continuous Study

Because the revelations of God are continuous and progressive, we believe that we should continue to grow and improve as a result of continuous study and revelations of God’s word. (Proverbs 4:18)

Individual Responsibility and Ownership

We believe that the complete work of redemption is a Sovereign work of God. However, we, as individuals, have a responsibility to act in accordance with the Grace that has been given to us and take ownership of the work that has already been done. (Phil. 2:12)

Order and Discipline

God has commanded that all things be done decently and in order. We, therefore, strive to exercise the highest personal discipline and spiritual order in our lives and services, while still allowing room for spiritual freedom. (1 Cor. 14:40)

Kingdom Strong and Community Sensitive

We believe that every believer should be strong in their faith and the things of the Kingdom of God. We also believe that we should demonstrate that strength through good works in the community. (Titus 3:8)
