Arise and Shine is a Youth and Young Adults Reentry and Family Engagement Program that is Focused on Serving Incarcerated Youth and Young Adults.

Arise and Shine Program is exclusively dedicated to the service of youths and young adults who have been incarcerated and are returning to their families and community after confinement. We use the expertise of a dedicated probation office

and our noble professionals to help youths and young adults meet the terms of their probation, reintegrate into school, secure employment, strengthen relationships with family and prosocial groups, and disengage from unhealthy social behaviors and activities. Services begin before release and continue after release.

Our noble professionals leverage their knowledge of the community and strengths to provide opportunities and improve outcomes for youths and young adults in their personal lives, family lives, social lives, financial lives, and professional lives.

Why NobleLyfe Youth and Young Adults Reentry Program?

NobleLyfe Follows the Four Main Phases of the Reentry Process

The Entry Phase: The moment the youth enters residential placement

The Placement Phase: The time the youth is in the secure care facility

The Transitional Phase: The actual act of leaving the facility and reentering the community, which is immediately before and after the date of exit

The Community-Based Aftercare Phase: Usually the 120-day (or longer) period after a youth returns to the community.

A Key Component of our Program

We ensure the delivery of prescribed services and supervision in the community specifically by fostering improved family relationships and functioning, reintegration into school, and mastery of independent life skills, how to build resiliency and positive development to enable youths and young adults to divert from delinquent and other problematic behaviors.
